The client is proposing to construct a distribution center on an 84 acre lot in the New Market area of Frederick County, MD. The distribution center will be located within the Intercoastal Industrial Center along Intercoastal Drive, and will be 515,026 square feet with, 263,138 square feet of dry storage and 251,888 square feet of cold storage. It will provide 338 loading dock spaces, 570 trailer spaces, and 23 yard goat spaces. The site will also contain 208 parking spaces, for 416 employees, who will be divided into two shifts.
