The project is expected to be ready for tenants starting in May 2009.
Montgomeryville Business Campus, Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, PA
Montgomeryville Real Estate Associates, LP is developing a 28 acre campus consisting of two existing buildings, one at 1350 Welsh Road and the other at 1050 Bethlehem Pike in Montgomeryville, PA, and one building that is currently under construction between the two existing buildings, which will be utilized by FedEx Ground as a distribution center. Combined, the properties offer nearly 200,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, with the new building providing an additional 150,000 square feet. The project includes the installation of facade improvements to the existing 1350 Welsh Road, and parking, utilities, landscaping, lighting and storm water management controls necessary to support the development of the new FedEx Ground building. Anticipated construction completion date for the FedEx Ground building is Fall 2008.

Bohler is providing complete civil consulting services for Costco Wholesale. The client is proposing to construct a distribution center on an 84 acre lot in the New Market area of Frederick County, MD. The distribution center will be located within the Intercoastal Industrial Center along Intercoastal Drive, and will be 515,026 square feet with, 263,138 square feet of dry storage and 251,888 square feet of cold storage. It will provide 338 loading dock spaces, 570 trailer spaces, and 23 yard goat spaces. The site will also contain 208 parking spaces, for 416 employees, who will be divided into two shifts.
