This exciting and cutting-edge project has a vision to create a traditional Pennsylvania town, similar to and patterned after the historic towns of West Chester, Wayne and Wyomissing, integrating both traditional elements of town building and modern Smart Growth principles.

Bryn Eyre proposes the development of single-family detached dwellings, single-family attached dwellings and multi-family dwelling units, together with non-residential space including office space, retail space, light industrial/flex space, religious and civic/community space, hotel rooms and schools. Bryn Eyre encompasses over 2,500 acres of land, and includes the development of a maximum of 12,094 residential units, as well as 5,924,991 square feet of non-residential square space, together with schools and municipal buildings.

Concordville Town Centre, PA

Route 1& 322- Development of a 75-acre site that includes 500,000 square feet of retail shops and services. Anchors in this center include: Target, Home Depot, Home Goods, and ACME. The project will also include a variety of restaurant, small shops, and bank uses.

Main Street at Exton, PA

Route 100 north of the Exton By-pass- Redevelopment of  an 150 acre site that includes 300,000 square feet of retail shops and services. Anchors in this center include Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. The project also includes a 3,000-seat movie theater, an office building with a parking garage, apartments and several smaller retail shops and restaurants.
